This is a 1550 nm DFB laser diode with TEC integrated in a 14-pin butterfly package. It has high output power (>10mW), and ultra narrow linewidth, and is suitable for applications that require high power 1550nm laser, such as optical measurement, optical fiber sensors and OTDR instruments.

- Based on external cavity laser with built-in fiber Bragg gratings
- High output power greater than 10mW
- Stable output power, narrow linewidth (50kHz) and excellent SMSR (>35dB)
- Internal thermoelectric cooler and thermistor, 14-pin BTF package
