This is a filter based WDM coupler, designed to combine 850nm with 1550nm.

Two options are available for this WDM. One is that the 850nm channel and common channel use HI780 fiber and 1550nm channel uses SMF-28e fiber. Both 850nm and 1550nm are single mode.

The other option is 9/125 micron SMF-28e fiber is used on all three ports. Hence, 850nm is multimode, but 1550nm is single mode.
