1550nm DFB MQW Laser Diode - Butterfly Package

This multi-quantum well (MQW) DFB laser diode is a high performance laser suitable for applications in high speed optical communications.

It has integrated isolator and TEC control. It can be modulated at 2.5Gbps, and has a 14 pin butterfly package.
