Analog PIN Photodiode - 3GHz

This analog PIN photodiode has high responsivity and high linearity. Its PIN photodiode has an InGaAs planar chip with diameter of 50 micron. It has low dark current and low capacitance, and can be used widely in applications such as CATV, CDMA systems.
