VCSEL Transmitter - 1.25Gbps 850nm SC Connector

This transmitter uses an 850nm VCSEL laser diode as light source. It has a TO-46 coaxial package and has a SC receptacle. The transmitter can be modulated to 1.25Gb/s and is suitable for OC-48/STM-16 transmission or Gigabit Ethernet applications. A monitor photodiode is integrated with the transmitter. The transmitter provides a minimum of 0.2mW output power.
