This device has one 1310nm 1.25Gbps (622Mbps available) laser diode, one 1490nm 1.25Gbps (2.5Gbps available) PIN-TIA receiver, and one 1550nm analog photodiode integrated together. Special WDM coupler is also assembled inside the package, so that three wavelengths (triple way) are multiplexed into one single optical fiber.
