10Gb/s Surface-Mount PIN/TIA Detector

This device is a high-performance PIN/TIA optical detector for 10G bps high bit-rate applications, such as OC-192/STM-94 optical links. It is an integrated component that has a high speed PIN photodiode, a low noise TIA, single mode fiber pigtail and hermetic metal package with coplanar output. It has a single power supply of +3.3V and has low power consumption.
