Oemarket.com shall not be liable for any delay as a result of late delivery. The shipping cost is calculated according to the product weight. RETURNS Oemarket.com is committed to providing customers with the highest quality products and services. We aim to continuously improve our service based on our established quality objectives and performance. If you decide to return the products, please firstly contact us at admin@oemarket.com to explain your situation and request the authorization for return. You need to provide your purchase details. After the authorization is obtained the items should be returned in the original packaging with all paperwork intact, when possible. Most catalog items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the item is returned unopened and in original packaging. We reserve the right to charge fees or refuse returns for products that are consumable or easily damagable. The returned products will be firstly tested to ensure they are not damaged before the refund being made. We will charge 10% to 20% handling fee to purely "change-of-mind" returns that do not have other convincing reasons. After 30 days, a 10% to 20% restocking fee will apply depending on the time of purchase and the quantity being returned. Credit will be issued only after receipt of the product and evaluation of its condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. If the items have been damaged during shipment, or the shipment is incomplete, please contact us at admin@oemarket.com within 15 days for immediate replacement or repair. After 15 days, an additional handling fee may be imposed.
