The PD20 photodetector is designed for applications in optical communications and lab use. It uses an InGaAs PIN photodiode to achieve high speed (3dB bandwidth 2 GHz) detection within a wide wavelength range (1 to 1.6 micron). It has fiber pigtailed optical input and a compact package. It is a very cost effective and ready-to-use product.
