This PIN photodiode has high responsivity and high linearity. It has miniature coaxial metal or ceramic package. Its PIN photodiode is one InGaAs planar chip with diameter of 50 micron. It has low dark current and low capacitance, and has wide applications in CATV, CDMA systems, at 1100 to 1650nm wavelength range.
