This is a red light laser diode with output wavelength at 650nm or 635nm. It has a high performance multi-quantum-well (MQW) laser diode chip, with pigtail or receptacle optical interface. Output power from 1mW to 10mW is available. (All output power refers to power from the fiber pigtail of 9/125 micron single mode fiber.)
