Our photodetectors are integrated components with photodiode, optical fiber coupling, transimpedance amplifier (optional) integrated inside compact packages. The low-cost pigtailed photodetector has 2GHz 3dB bandwidth and is ideal for applications in FTTH networks. The high speed 10Gbps PIN/TIA photodetector module is designed for receivers in the OC-192/STM-94 systems. Another high speed photodetector has planar GaInAs/InP photodiode to achieve 10GHz 3dB bandwidth and wide operation wavelength covering from 1100nm to 1650nm. We also provide ready-to-use optical power monitors that have an optical tap coupler and a 2GHz photodetector packed together.
