Opto-electronic components and modules are devices used in the interface of optical and electronic domains. Typical components are lasers and photodetectors. Included under this category are pigtailed FP and DFB lasers at 1310nm and 1550nm; pigtailed photodetectors and high speed optical detector modules for 10Gb/s applications.
