Quality Warranty, Shipping and Returns
Product Quality Warranty
All of our products are brand new, never been used. Most products are manufactured specifically for the customer after the purchase order is received.
All products have minimum quality warranty of 12 months after the date when the customer receives the products. Selected products have 24 months or 36 months quality warranty.
All products are manufactured by ISO 9001 certified facilities, comply with various industry standards specifically applicable to the products. All products are of first-class quality among the same products available on the marketplace.
During the warranty period, if the products are faulty, out of specifications, deteriorated on performance and quality, we will replace them free of charge.
Quality warranty does not cover damages caused by incidents, incorrect handling, negligence, harsh operating environment that is not recommended for the products, or unauthorized repair/maintenance by the customer.
Fees may be payable for repair/replacement/service of the products after the warranty period. Pre sales and post sales technical support are always provided to the customer to ensure the products are used in the best way.
Oemarket.com is located in Sydney, Australia. We ship to customers worldwide.
We only ship to physical addresses. We do not accept Post Office boxes or other similar addresses we deem to be untraceable.
The customer is responsible for all possible customs duties associated with the purchase.
The delivery time to any country serviced by oemarket.com is an estimate only. Oemarket.com shall not be liable for any delay as a result of late delivery.
The shipping cost is calculated according to the product weight.

If the customer decides to return the products, please firstly contact firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the reason and apply a RMA number for return. Purchase details (such as purchase order number, date of purchase, invoice number, etc.) are required.
After the authorization is obtained, the products should be returned in original packaging with all paperwork intact, when possible.
Most returned products are eligible for full refund, if returned within 30 days of receiving the products, and if the items are unopened in original packaging. We reserve the right to charge fees or refuse returns for products that are consumable or can be easily damaged. The returned products will be tested to ensure they are not damaged before the refund being made.
10% to 20% handling fee will be charged to purely "change-of-mind" returns that do not have other reasons.
10% to 40% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, for returns after 30 days, depending on the time of purchase and the quantity being returned.
After 30 days and within the warranty period, volume orders (large orders fulfilled after the customer has evaluted and tested our products in smaller quantities) are usually not eligible for returns. Returns in these cases are accepted only if our products are tested to be faulty or out of the specifications.
After the warranty period, return of the products for all orders are usually not accepted.
Refund is issued after receipt of the products and evaluation of their condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Damages caused during shipment, or the shipment is incomplete, please contact email@example.com within 15 days of receiving the parcel, for immediate replacement or repair of the goods. After 15 days, additional handling fee may be payable.
Micro-optics and passive fiber-optic components are only accepted for return if they are not taken out from the package case, or not opened, and in original packaging, unless the products are tested to be grossly outside of specifications.
